Adapte provides detailed forecasts, hazard warnings for temperature and air quality, and map overlays for conditions like rain, wind, and pressure, with support for multiple languages and units. It is built to be free and privacy-respecting, with settings stored on your device instead of in the cloud.

NationWise

Quiz-style practice for French naturalization and general knowledge about France.

NationWise: France Citizenship includes over 300 quiz questions based on the official livret citoyen used by residents preparing for French citizenship. You can focus on questions by keyword or work through the full set, with support for English, French, and Spanish.

Multiplayer word game WordTrust

WordTrust

Tile-based word building where the community decides what counts.

WordTrust is a multiplayer word game played on a tile grid. Players place letter tiles to build words and then vote together on whether those words are valid, with scoring based on the letters used and the group's decisions.

About Sparks Starlight Solutions

Sparks Starlight Solutions exists to take care of the business, publishing, and infrastructure details so a small set of apps can stay focused on helping people.

We handle things like app listings, policies, hosting, and updates, while the underlying products focus on what they do best: keeping people safer in extreme weather, making complex topics like citizenship more approachable, and offering calm, collaborative play.

This privacy policy applies to our apps, including Adapte, NationWise, and WordTrust, and explains how we handle information when you use them.

What information do we collect?

We do not collect information that personally identifies you when you use our apps.

Some apps may use third-party services such as Google Play services (for example for maps, installation, updates, or crash reporting). We configure these services to limit data wherever possible, but we do not control how those third parties operate and cannot guarantee what data they may retain independently of our apps.

How do we use your information?

We do not use your information to identify you or build a profile of you.

Some apps allow you to choose options in Settings (for example, language, units, or display preferences). These settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

How do we share your information?

Because we do not collect personal information about you, we do not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third parties.

Third-party services used by the apps (such as app stores, Google Play services, and mapping providers) may collect and process data under their own policies. Please review their documentation to understand your rights and choices regarding that data.

How do we protect your information?

We do not store personal information from you on our servers, so there is no personal data of yours for us to protect. Any settings or preferences saved by the apps remain on your device.

How can you control your information?

The only data stored by our apps consists of anonymous preferences and settings on your device. Turning off a setting or resetting options in the app may delete the stored preference associated with that option.

You can remove all data stored by an app by uninstalling it. Uninstalling deletes the app's local data and stops any further interaction between the app and services such as Google Play services. Data already stored by app stores or other third parties is handled under their own policies.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information from users, we do not have a way to identify the age of individual users.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and may also provide notice within the apps or by other reasonable means. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications and related services provided by Sparks Starlight Solutions, LLC (“Sparks Starlight Solutions”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our apps.

License and restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use our apps on devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract or reverse engineer the source code of the app, create derivative works, or translate the app into other languages without our prior written permission. The apps and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to them remain the property of Sparks Starlight Solutions, LLC and our licensors.

Changes to the apps and services

Our apps are currently provided free of charge. We may, at any time and for any reason, make changes to the apps, update them, or modify the services they provide. If we ever decide to charge for any part of the apps or services, we will make it clear to you what you are paying for before any charges apply.

Device security and integrity

You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the apps secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device (i.e., remove software restrictions imposed by the operating system). Doing so can make your device more vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise security features, and may cause our apps to function incorrectly or not at all.

Data, privacy, and third-party services

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy above. In general, we do not intentionally collect information that personally identifies you, and settings are stored locally on your device. However, the apps may interact with third-party services (such as Google Play services, app stores, or mapping providers) that have their own terms and privacy policies.

For example, Adapte may use Google Play services to display city locations on a map and to help you choose locations. These third-party services may process data under their own terms and policies. We do not control their systems, and we cannot guarantee what data they may retain. You are responsible for reviewing those third-party terms and privacy policies.

Network connectivity and charges

Certain functions of the apps require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Sparks Starlight Solutions is not responsible if the apps do not function fully due to lack of internet access, limited connectivity, or exhausted data allowances.

If you use the apps outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's agreement will still apply, and you may be charged for data usage or other network-related fees, including roaming charges when using the apps outside your home region. By using the apps, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the apps.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the way you use the apps. You should ensure that your device remains charged and in working condition. If your device runs out of battery or otherwise becomes unavailable and you are unable to access the apps or their services, Sparks Starlight Solutions is not responsible for any resulting impact.

Accuracy of information and third-party data

Some parts of our apps rely on information or services provided by third parties (for example, weather data, maps, or question content). We aim to keep the apps up to date and accurate, but we do not control third-party data sources. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying on information provided through the apps.

Updates and discontinuation

From time to time we may update the apps to improve performance, enhance features, or address technical issues. The apps are currently available on Android (and any additional platforms we may add in the future). System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the apps.

We do not guarantee that we will continue to provide any particular app or feature indefinitely. We may stop providing an app or discontinue support at any time. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination or discontinuation, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and uninstall or delete it from your device.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparks Starlight Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below and may also provide notice within the apps or by other reasonable means. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
