NationWise: France Citizenship
Practice over 300 questions based on France's livret citoyen so you can feel more confident about your prefecture interview and general knowledge of France.
Current beta status
NationWise is currently in early beta.
The initial release (version 0.1.0 beta) focuses on covering the content of the livret citoyen with a clean quiz interface. Future updates will refine the question set, add more ways to review progress, and expand accessibility options while keeping the app free to use.
Why NationWise?
- Built around the livret citoyen: Questions are based on the official booklet given to residents of France preparing for naturalization, so practice is aligned with what you'll actually be asked about.
- Flexible study modes: You can work through the full 300+ question set or focus on questions that match specific key words and topics that you want to review.
- Designed for repeat practice: Stop the quiz when you like and see a quick summary of your progress, then use key words to keep drilling the areas that need more work.
- Made to be accessible: NationWise supports English, French, and Spanish so you can study in the language that's most comfortable for you while still learning about France.
Key features
Quiz-style practice for citizenship interviews
NationWise presents questions one at a time so you can focus on understanding each point about French history, institutions, and civic life. You can move at your own pace, making it easier to fit practice into small pockets of time.
Keyword-based study sessions
If you want to focus on specific topics—such as voting, rights and responsibilities, or French cultural life—you can select key words to build a customized quiz that drills those related questions.
Progress summaries
When you stop a quiz session, NationWise can show a summary of your correct and incorrect answers for that run, helping you see which areas are stronger and which ones you might want to revisit next time.
Multilingual support
The app supports English, French, and Spanish. You can switch languages to read questions and interface text in the language that best supports your learning and your preparation for the interview.
